Australian privacy watchdog refuses to investigate employer that allegedly accessed worker's personal emails
The Australian information commissioner refused to investigate an employer for allegedly accessing an employee's personal emails.
The employee claimed his personal information was accessed through his work laptop.
The employer argued they accessed data stored on a company laptop in line with company policy. [ more ]
